undefined The digital electronics with continuous speed take care of smooth starting, no-load speed reduction, constant speed under load and overload protection.
undefined The MAFELL milling motors compelling concentricity of < 0.05 mm at a distance of 25 mm (< 0.01 mm in the cone).
undefined Labyrinth seal: Protects the spindle and bearing against minute particles, dust and chips.
undefined For simpler and more convenient tool changes, the spindle can be locked at the push of a button.
  • odel/pattern and mold making, advertising

  • The MAFELL milling motors is produced in Oberndorf am Neckar and undergoes rigorous quality controls. Each machine is „broken in“ under lab conditions before shipping in order to maximize its service life.
  • To absorb thrust as effectively as possibly, an enclosed duplex ball bearing is used.
  • The universal chuck accommodates standard tools.
  • The MAFELL milling motors were developed and are made in Germany. Their high quality standard and clever details make the FM 800 and the FM 1000 the best possible workmate in their performance class.
  • The speed can be infinitely adjusted to any application. In addition, the digital electronics are equipped with soft start, constant speed under load, idle speed reduction and overload protection.
